Dr Andrew Walsh, an astrochemist of James Cook University, has made it his mission to bring science "down to earth". And as any man worth his salt knows, beer fixes everything. After much "research" the Dr has identified 12 mandatory components in the most basic of beer recipes and has already found 7 of them in space!
