I set up my telescope but seeing was very poor, so I grabbed my 1000D, mounted it on the tripod, set a timer and then I cLimbed a trunk and I caught the Moon (Jupiter is that "bright star" at left)! It can be a new sport, how about name it "moon catching"? Each photo is a combinatIon of 2x8s exposures (with and without flash), at 00h30 UT+1 on July 9th.
